The common hob (or hobgoblin) has a potent dislike for humans, but they tend to keep to themselves unless provoked.
The locals marked the hob nest on my map this morning. I’m anxious to observe them from a distance, but must be wary. This colony has been known to attack without much provocation and I’d like to keep my fingers and face in-tact.

This specimen has been mounted on a 1/8" brass rod with mounting décor as shown in the photo. The wood base is painted flat black and topped by a real glass globe as seen in the photos.

The creator of these high-end show pieces is an extremely Talented Artist. The specimens each look as if they are truly real bone and the display stands with real glass finish off the items as if to be displayed in a museum of extraordinary things.
